Colour: Sorbet – a very pale pink. Navy. I tried the pink.
Fabric. Polyester. Do not wash. Very lightweight.
Fit. Fits to the head with a small plastic comb. Felt secure. I think combs stay in place better when your hair is not too sleek. So this style would work better on hair that had been styled and sprayed rather than longer hair that was combed smoothly down. If your hair is held back in a bun or pleat the comb would be very secure too. Short hair that has texture – wavy or wiry for example – would also help the comb to stay put whatever the weather.
Style details. A pretty and demure style that sits to one side of the head. The stiffened net circle comes slightly over the forehead but as it is transparent this does not obscure your face. It has a few little feathers and some loops of ribbon giving it height but it is not a tall fascinator.

This clutch would look good with the fascinator. It comes in Nude – about the same pale pink as the fascinator – and Navy. It has a slightly retro style and the clean rounded lines echo the shape of the fascinator.
Verdict
Ideal for a summer wedding. A good start for someone, like me, who has never worn a fascinator before to an event. Elegant, feminine but not in any way outrageous. Perfect for women of all ages.
